70's is a well known number by a very popular beard wearing celeb, the song was released by a punk group in the late 70's. The 60's is a bit trickier, but the actual song was in the charts at the same time by someone else who passed away within the last year or so.
TRUE FACT: Meatloaf's Bat Out Of Hell album was in the charts for every week of 1982, but in 1959 the soundtrack to South Pacific was number one in the album chart for every week
