its only so next year you can get an easy 6 points off the team who would take our place instead of embarrasingly losing to us in front of more away fans than home

Of course you don't want the Shrews to go up.
If we went up you'd
1) Lose two local derbies and the revenue that come with them every year.
2) Lose coverage in the Shropshire Star and Radio Shropshire

"Die die Telford Die die Scum Die die telford Look what your chairmans done" In fainrness us losing to Barnet would be the season highlight for Telford as the victories against us in the long run have mattered little to either club. But its nice to see bally come on here and mock us when a discussion about Telford getting hammered at home by far the worst team I have seen in many a year (Fanborough) would be fun. And how many of the 3000+ new fans that were there will have been scared off the Telford for life after that performance on sat – lots I guess

proud to have beaten us with a team that has bankrupted your club in a stadium you don't own?
not in a very strong position are you?

so much for the spirit of football being alive and kicking in Shropshire.
Wrexham went up last season to the 2nd division and were a good side.
If you had beaten Canvy Island I would have wanted Telford to win the FA Trophy.
Thanks for the message Bally.
I certainly wont be giving TUFC any more of my hard earnt cash and helping your club.
A good luck message would have done TUFC the world of good. Or even may the best team win.
This post has confirmed how fickle and selfish and sad TUFC supporters really are.

Very mature that Matt, great post, you'll go a long way. Did you take the trouble to read my post further down? Maybe because it was supportive, you decided to ignore it?

Some Telford supporters (not all) continually shoot themselves in the foot when it comes to fostering support from Town fans in undoubtly their clubs most important hour of need. When news first broke of their current predicament i personally was amazed at how much empathy was offered by Town fans, not only in word but by donating funds and attending some games to offer support. By posting the garbage that Bally did almost all of that will be lost and more importantly it will harden Town supporters attitudes and polarise the feelings between the clubs even further. I personally now couldn't give a toss what happens to them. If they stay around fine, they're not a threat to us. If they disappear then that's fine too.Someone else wil take their place.

Yep, I also agree Jamo. Just a shame there aren't a few more SNFC's on the net to be honest. Seems a top guy, I agree with a lot of what he says, and Telford could do with him being involved right now. Also SNFC, good luck with the business launch!

To be honest I am getting a bit bored with the Telford stuff now- I have been through all the emotions from being surprised, feeling sorry, feeling glad about their situation- and now I dont know what I feel. But Jamo's right, if they disappear someone else will replace them- Ludlow have a nice new stadium and are a well run, ambitous club

well pointed out Paulhdownward. This thread just goes to show how sensitive SOME of you really are and how lacking in a sense of humour you are ? Some of you have supported us some have wished us to die. Does this mean i have to hope you win everything now? You keep telling me its only Banter but i forgot you, like to give it but SOME of you can't take it? As for moaning some of our fans may go in the Barnet end (not me) on Monday so what? didn't some of you come and support Brentford in the F A Cup against us? or is that different?

The constant goading on here has started to get on my nerves
no one expects us to be friends, but we can have some decent banter and talk about football surely?
No-one expects you to think the sun shines out of Shrewsbury
Just like you will never expect us to think Telford is not a strange little non league club down the road
It is not what TUFC fans say that grates, it is the whole attitude, the whole "we've now overtaken you as the best club in shropshire stuff"
I was one who really did try and get people to support Telford when it all kicked off but I have been left looking really stupid by the contempt shown towards us
I really am getting bored with the whole thing, even now some of the hopes of TUFC fans are just so unrealistic it is scary
support TUISA and Lee and get yourselves a football club

tbh i can't see why the overreaction on this thread. We are grateful for your support that some of you gave? But lets not make out it was the majority of you ?Some of you stayed away from our game so we didn't get any money off you. Saying that i am grateful to you and the others who did support us. I am always willing to talk about football with anyone and i don't thinkany of us think we are bigger than you especially now? I wouldn't have thought you would of expected me to want you to beat Barnet?even though i think you will. I am always confused on here as to what u class as banter? thats what i thought this thread was?

I was not aiming that at you Bally, the reasony ou have had such a negative response is the crap posted on here by several others As far as I can see you and SNFC are decent being on here and we have a laugh and share a few stories and have a bit of banter I am just bored of the other stuff though. No-one wants thanks for anything, I think we just want to forget it and get on with looking forward to the play offs, hundreds of pounds in potential support was wasted because of planks like Sim just being downright rude I respect you and SNFC cos you talk sense (when you are not talking rubbish , I don't want your club to go to the wall, I gues I am just tired of it all now whenever there is a thread about anything you get something showing utter contempt for us by a fan of TUFC and after 9 months of it it becomes more and more difficult to see the banter you are getting a backlash really aimed at other fans who have been cranking the whole thing up for months

Ok fair enough tbh, thanks for thinking i am one of the decent ones but i'm sure a lot of the others don't agree. As for being bored with our situation i am also, but unfortunatly i am stuck with it. You have to remember for every one like Sim(sorry but you were example put forward)there are many more decent ones and its a bit unfair that the decent ones have to suffer for the actions of the others? but i guesss thats the way it goes.
