Yes I heard Crambie bawling at Howie. Whilst I think Howie was at fault for the goal, I think players should keep their moans about eachother for the changing room or the practice pitch. I think Howie should have a rest

Howie is the quinn reaper's best signing. He's the best goalkeeper we have had for years.

Cartwright in his first spell is the best Town goalkeeper in the last few seasons in my opinion

Cartwright in his first spell is the best Town goalkeeper in the last few seasons in my opinion hmmm. But that was only for a spell. Howie has been excellent for months. I wouldn't even say Tinson was the second best signing. Third behind Howie and Ridler.

I think that Howie has done very very well for us
he has made one or two howlers, two against Scarborough!
but overall he is a far better keeper than Bavo, Howie has saved us on countless occasions
anyway, Howie runs off his line, shouts his ball, and Tinson keeps backing into him
Is that really Howie's fault or Tinson's? Just a thought mind!

duncower; it looks like your becoming the whipping boy on here matey, that'll teach you to cross the clique !. I have to say that i'm a little disappointed in you for apologising for the wisdom of your posts. Be a big lad and take it on the chin, after all your views are as relevant as anyone else's and if all these others were the experts they ovbviously think they are then they would probably be earning a living in the game and not spouting off on a website like the rest of us inadequates. Up the Town.

Still hanging on is he , unbelievable! He was about 140 when I left in 1978 ! The point about you never being called into the heads office is even more unbeleavable!

The only problem with what Duncow said is that he doesnt think much of a)Rodgers b)Tolley
a) Rodgers, yes he's been suspended towards the end of the season for the last two seasons running. But last season he was sent off against York for trying to break up a fight between Tolley and someone else. Also if it had not been for his goals we'd have been relegated many games before the Carlisle one. he was the only consistant driving force that kept Salop afloat for most of the season.
As for the season before , well he scored the goals that got the side so high up the table. he has the ability, but has had a loss of form.
b) Tolley, well whilst he was injured we were all whinging that we lacked (in his abscence) someone to run past the strikers and get into the box, as well as help link play with the attack and cover the defense. Well guess what he's back, so there should be little need to whinge.
