Is it me!! or does there seem to be a non stop ad campaign for damn ringtones That Frog needs a straw up its arse and blown up. The two dancing birds need shooting, and the disco-ing dragon needs to be slain by a night in shining armour. Or am i getting old

It's very very annoying. Not at all cool, or funny. Never was, never will be. What sort of muppet spends £3.50 a week on these sort of companies? Who on earth needs 7 ringtones a week? Rant over.

I love them.
And I'd much prefer the Frog to be number 1 rather than Coldplay's effort.
"I may be small, I may look sweet, but baby I know how to use my feet".....

"I may be small, I may look sweet, but baby I know how to use my feet"..... at least coldplays is a proper song, a well thought out song and i am fully backing coldplay. can you please tell me what you have against coldplay and why you actually want the crazy frog to be a sucessful song!

I'm sure they're a decent band.
Do nothing for me though.
The Frog on the other hand is as subversive as f**k.

Some Swedish guy thought of the Crazy Frog one- said the noises were like a motorbike engine or something- he's probably coining it on the strength of that advert.
I think there's a lot of cynical exploitation of young people here. I've heard that kids send for these things and then can't cancel them, although the adverts say they can. Sometimes they seem to be under the impression that they're free and they're not.

they're making a shed load of maney anyway, so despite all the public disquiet millions of people are getting it
I seem to remember people really really really hated the spice girls as well, but as long as 2 million people aged 8-12 like them then they're a massive success

The frog and all other ringtones are a fantastic bit of business work - the creators have made millions from it.
But why does anyone need an annoying ringtone in the first place? Just use the standard phone ring if you need one.
