Noon on Sunday is the single worst time available to play a football match. It destroys any sense of atmosphere. Probably good idea as there will be less chance of alcohol fuelled trouble.

Fans need to be well policed, that is the solution.
If we can't go and watch games because of the potential trouble why not just ban football altogether?

What a surprise. I'm not going to be able to get there, and i'm sure there will be many hundreds more too. Looks like the police win as usual and football fans are made to suffer.

i'm trying to work that article out. Police don't want the game played on bank holiday monday 2nd Jan in case of all day drinking so have decided to move it forward by a day. so is new year year's day not a bank holiday anymore???

Also read that Brighton is down as a Monday night. Is this correct or is it just provisional to be changed when decision made of definate date?

Also its a lllllllooonnnnggggg way to Shrewsbury from Tenbury on a Sunday morning when ur hungover-makes sense to switch the games tho'
