Went to see them yesterday in Manchester, supported by the Bees, Redwalls, 22-20's and the Coral. 4 really good support bands. Oasis were great, they lost a bit of their playing time though because a barrier broke at the front. They did a good mix of old and new stuff. The only thing I hated were the Chav fans, and the idiot stewards, who thought they had it sussed beofre any of the support bands came on - then were nowhere to be seen when Oasis came on, and all manner of chaos prevailed!!! PLus I got a cup of pee thrown over my arm... Disgusting.

Have to agree, they put on a great gig, but do have a lot of undersirable fans... that's oasis for you, they attract a lot of fans from across the whole social spectrum. if liam and noel want to act the cheif lads then they are going to attract a lot of lads.. bands like that are funny, i remember all the times going to see new order and the smiths ages back and the cross section they attracted was strange. smiths was one third stundent/nerds, normal indie fans and football hooligans.. the wolves gig around the queen is dead was one of the best i've been to, but also one of the roughest...
