I'm an owl. Dreadful in the mornings - and here I am talking about owls and larks when I should be getting a good night's sleep so I can get up and take my time instead of rushing out of the door after frantically rooting in my handbag for my car keys, my glasses..etc...
I only start work at 9:30- it's disgraceful isn't it?
Mr Wiggy used to get up on "earlies" at about 6am and I think it's the middle of the night!!!! He's a lark- and he's asleep already.
What are you- owl or lark?

What's the difference between a poor marksman and a constipated owl?
One shoots but can't hit
the other ....................
has big eyes

Im an owl nearly 7 years working mostly night shifts has ingrained that into my sleep pattern I really want to get up in the morning to go to the gym but i cant see it happening the snooze button on my phone is far to easy to reach
however I felt so much better on holiday even with getting up at 7 every morning and going to sleep after midnight

I get away with 5 hours sleep a night, and tend to be just the same all day, miserable. But as with Tel once you get up at early in the morning for a few years it gets in your system.

I'm a Lark
I only sleep about 5 hours a night.
I usually wake up at 6ish to start revising for my exams at just before 7 as I'm far more productive in the mornings.

Owl. Up till 4 most nights. I don't turn off very easily and recently I have been having to take sleeping pills to stand any chance of falling asleep.
As soon as I do fall asleep though, I don't want to wake up and can stay there for 12 hours +. Infact the last time I had a proper lay in I was asleep for around 17 hours!

If I've nothing better to do I'll stay up till 3/4/5 and then get up at lunch time.
But if i have to I'm more than capable of getting up at 7am
Having worked a few nightshifts it is a great feeling driving back at 5.30am as the sun is rising and the birds are twit twooing
