Attention all town fans who live in the south-west corner of Shropshire/Powys/Herefordshire Borders
(Knighton, Clun, Bucknell, Felindre, Beguildey, Llanfair Waterdine, Lloyney, Knucklas, Leintwardine, Hopton Heath, Clungunford, Presteigne)
At 7-30pm, Tuesday 14th June at the RAFA club in High Street, KNIGHTON (Powys/Shropshire Border)
Their will be a meeting to organise the newly to be formed
SHREWSBURY TOWN FC SUPPORTERS CLUB
TEME VALLEY BRANCH (TEME VALLEY SHREWS)
we would like a member (if possible) of the ISC to maybe come down to give us some advice on how we can get the ball rolling at this meeting, there is great interest in the area as the club will recognise that bus trips are frequentley run from this area throughout the season and many fans travel to games also by train (Knighton, Bucknell).
As I've said if you are interested in attending and helping out at the meeting you may email me dannydavies1977@orange.net
cheers
Danny Davies
Meeting is at Knighton RAFA Club on June 14th at 7-30pm

Knighton, Clun, Bucknell, Felindre, Beguildey, Llanfair Waterdine, Lloyney, Knucklas, Leintwardine, Hopton Heath, Clungunford, Presteigne Is that a list or poetry? The ISC is basically defunct. Have a word with Ludlow Shrews. I recall that their inaugaral meeting was started with a Q&A with Mickey Brown and some chap called Tolley. That is always a draw but may be difficult to organise with the club at this stage. However this is a great idea as its a neglected area when anyone thinks of the club's fanbase.

There used to be quite an active supporters club within the Knighton area in the 70's/80's from reading past programmes. I'm still waiting for the day a Telford/Bridgnorth/East Shropshire supporters club can be formed but I suppose you would need at least 50 signed up members to make it work.
