All I can say is they haven't been to St Helens!!!
I suppose Wigan has Chavs, but it's more traditional Northern- more "ee-bah-gum!"
St Helens used to be like that till they moved into Merseyside. I have a theory that Chavs then moved out of Liverpool- and into St Helens.
I suggest that it has more Chavs per square mile than Telford. Also a lot of Neanderthals who wander around with their knuckles dragging along the pavements. (Or are they weighed down with all the tacky gold chains and things?)
They say "Yer Wha'?" and nothing much else.
I visit Telford quite a lot, when I'm visiting my Auntie- no way is it as "Chavvy" as St Helens.
(It's a good job my boss isn't likely to read this- he's a St Helens man born and bred- one of the more civilised ones, though.)

Lenin thinks Liverpool is the worst for Chav's.

The only place I have been to that rivals Telford is Skemersdale.
