Wasnt there a lad Joe Harts' age called Stephen Parker???
He played against Kidsgrove and maybe Nantwich in our preseason games a couple of years ago.
Looked like a journyman goalkeeper, however i heard he was supposed to be as good as Joe.
Is he still here, or is he long gone? If so why?

Ian Havard is the other young goalkeeper on the books and he is also very highly rated.

nope it wasnt him.
I'm pretty sure he had a squad number like 36 or something last season, and was on the bench a couple of times in place of Bavo and Hart

Saw Ian Harvard in the Reserves on Bank Holiday Monday, when I came down with Mr Wiggy.
He was O.K. yes- not as tall as Joe, though- and undoubtedly height helps.
He did let one in- but Mr Wiggy thought the weather conditions were shocking. (They were- sudden downpours laft the pitch very slippery.)

i was going to ask peters what his plans are for a new keeper, totally forgot
will he be looking for a potential number 1 or just a number 2 ?
