Today is like every other day. I am glad I am not a Manchester United fan.
Wonder this means to the future for them?
Discuss..

Rio Ferdinand could obviously not concentrate because of it. From the Man City Board earlier.....
"RIO (TROUBLE'S MY MIDDLE NAME) FERDINAND IS EXPECTED TO BE GIVEN A DRIVING BAN AFTER OVERTAKING , AND THIS IS THE BEST BIT , A ' "POLICE CAR" ON THE M6 , NEAR STAFFORD!! -------------- THE POLICE SAID THEY COULDN'T BELIEVE THEIR EYES AS DOZY RIO STEAMED PAST THEM AT 106 MPH ------------ IS HE A PRICK OR WHAT ? ----------- WONDER IF HE WAS RUSHIN' TO A "SECRET MEETING" WITH MR KENYON ? ON THE PLUS SIDE , AT LEAST TEAM-MATE ROY KEANE CAN SHOW HIM THE WAY TO COURT , SEEING AS HE'S A REGULAR VISITOR!! PITY FERDINAND HIMSELF CAN'T MOVE AT 106 MPH , THEN MAYBE HE COULD HAVE GOT A BIT CLOSER TO EIDER GUDJOHNSEN AS HE PLONKED THE BALL IN THE NET ON TUESDAY NIGHT!!!

I can't see how it can be good news for a US businessman to succeed in a hostile takeover of a British football club, whatever club it is.

It can't all be bad, that bloke Glazer probably lives as close to old Trafford as a lot of other Man Utd fans, they could always share a ride......

Implication noun meaning implied; implying;implicating
That mate is not the same as a quote ! You misquoted me twice to have what can only be described as a personal dig.
The reason I imagine is because I don't share your views about the situation at Old Trafford, and made a minor joke about it.
If you want to take your frustration out on somebody may I suggest you go on the Old Trafford web site and leave this one to mainly Shrewsbury issues.

If you want to take your frustration out on somebody may I suggest you go on the Old Trafford web site and leave this one to mainly Shrewsbury issues. My misquote, I accept. I got you and 'Wibbin' mixed up. Same viewpoint, different name. It's just that all you ABU's sound the same - particularly after a couple of beers. However, I must take issue that this is the second occasion (I ignored the first) that you have implied (there's that word again) that I should not be spouting my stuff on this board. May I point out (respectfully) that I often come on here because I enjoy the diversity and knowledge of the wider game that is always (well almost) displayed. I have posted on issues from MUFC to Politics (ask my mate kickin') to STFC, to the international scene. Why should I cease, because you, clearly have a hang up about United? May I suggest that, if you ONLY want to talk about STFC, you spend more time on the official site By the way, your club benefited from my entry fee, plus payment for bovril and meat pies, twice this season, purely because I wanted to have a first hand look at the team I read about, on here, from such a passionate following. Bottom line - If you don't like what I post, don't read it
