The management team of Quinn, Cooke, Bates, OConnor and Rivers caused a lot of confusion with the fans as to who was responsible for what. It seems to have worked much better with just Peters, Wadsworth and OConnor involved- but I remember GP saying he would replace Bates when he left- so now with OConnor leaving also I wonder whether he will be increasing the management team in the Summer

I think that with loads of youngsters he might bring in someone perhaps part time, in the afternoons GP likes to work on skills with the youngsters so he might want help there as there will be quite a few, there again we might have another player coach, are you going Thursday? if not I'm sure someone would ask the question for you.

Having only signed yesterday though it's not been on shrewsweb just yet...

No I am not around on Thursday but I would be very pleased if someone could ask the question. Very good news about the fitness coach. Ridiculous isnt it that one of our best players this year, Darren Moss, gets labelled as unfit by his new club- what kind of ship have we been running in the past:

specialised fitness coach is definitely progress imo, particularly in light of the horror stories that have emerged in the rat/quinn eras. there are massive advantages to be found in fitness and diet.
