Just come back from the Astoria, and wow!!!!!!! If Liam can stick out the tour and doesnt have a bust up with Noel, then anyone whos going to see them is in for a big treat. Liam was on top form, played some classics, played some new ones. Brilliant, best gig ive been to in a long time. If you can get a ticket for one of their smaller gigs, get one. you wont regret it

I've never seen the appeal of Oasis. Stone Roses yes Oasis no. That probably defines when I became middle aged - somewhere after 1989. I always say to my step-children when they go on about how good Stone Roses are I always say, "I was listening to Stone Roses when you were still listening to Debbie Gibson."
Having said that I like Nirvana too - so maybe I do have a pulse.

Annoyed, can't make it to the Manchester Oasis show now due to work.
Managed to get tickets to Milton Keynes Bowl instead though - anybody been there? New one for me, don't know anything about it.

Mk bowl is where i will be going to see them, got dragged along the other year to see eminem which was different wasnt to bad to be fair a bit chav tastic, but they should be running mini buses from the station again, for all of those who dont know how to get thier or are to lazy! Had to walk back to the station afterwards though many roads were closed and thier was a massive queue for the station, Its ok not to bad(viewing wise), will be aiming to get in the "pitt" this time as the barriers were quite far out before, even if your sit on the bank the veiw isnt to bad and if your thier with a few mates and a few beers i doubt the atmosphere wouldnt be that bad at all, you will of course be able to pick up the usual tat at hyped up prices, but thats milton keynes for you.
