...but at least they would realise that we are CUSTOMERS. Unfortunately, no-one can confirm that any of the listed deities actually deliver the services they offer.

the buddah, jesus, god etc all rolled into one would be hard pushed to staisfy most town fans. The only deity i would associate with the Town's commercial department would be Rastafarianism....its probably the cannabis connection.

Fans of this, or any other club, have a right to have a say on matters that concern them and this issue caused quite a few of us to express an opinion that once again the club have acted in a reactionary manner rather than a pro active way. Sure things went well yesterday and we are glad about that, but imagine if it hadn't have been a club like Sc***horpe who were yesterdays visitors. Imagine Gigg Lane yesterday combined with STFC's arrangements and you have a recipe for complete disaster. More luck than judgement in my opinion , we need to have well planned and trusted procedures for all levels of matchs played at the Meadow. Spot on Jamo, we were lucky that the Sc***horpe fans were a good bunch and they got what they came for. This situation was predictable in time to make it manageable. Yes the scare tactic worked but certainly this cannot now be ever relied on again, the bluff has been exposed. Lessons need to be learned for the future.

The lesson's learnt yesterday by the police and the club were, don't base all your intelligence on one newspaper report and football club supporters message boards, they like to post rather a lot of bulls**t

i think the club are learning from past mistakes remember the last time we played scunny ? at great expense a row of riot police prevented us from getting onto the pitch and all they needed to do was ask us not to go on
