Love all that unhealthy snacky foods at the pub,but whats your favourite?...i think mine has to be Bondies Pork Crunch,the soft ones for my ageing teeth.

I used to get pork scratchings at my local that were so cheap that they still had bristles.
I gave upon bar snacks after I read that report about the vast number of germs they contained due to people rootling about in them with unwashed hands.
Anyway, these days my tastes are so sophisticated that nothing less than organic Umbrian olives will do.

The warm nuts served at the Cross keys in Knutsford (no pun intended!) are top!! Almost as good as the 6 guest beers they have on!

ive noticed my local is selling 2 cream crackers and 3 pickled onions for 65p, i presume there is a piece of cheese lurking in there somewhere

ive noticed my local is selling 2 cream crackers and 3 pickled onions for 65p, i presume there is a piece of cheese lurking in there somewhere Does anyone remember "the packed lunch" about ten years ago they bough out this bizarre pub snack containing one pickled onion, two cream crackers and a dodgy chesse triangle it was utter pants, but very amusing! Favourite for me still the good old pickled egg in a bag of crisps

I can heartily recommend the spinach, stilton & mushroom pancakes they serve there as a starter too Dave!!
Oh, and the cheese with caremelised onion marmalade and toast , and the fish pie, and the burgers.................
