It's Mr Wiggy's Birthday on Sunday and I don't know what to buy for him. He doesn't really know what he wants and he's really only interested in cars!! I'm always drunk on a Thursday as that's my night out- but I do love him even though he does my head in at times- and although he's only 7 and a bit years older than me- it seems like a generation because he grew up in the sensible and conventional 50's and I was a swinging sixties chick!!!! So- I do want to get him something special for his birthday. I will be in Shrewsbury tomorrow -staying at my daughter's before the match on Saturday. Any ideas anyone? Any shop that sells books about cars or anything?!!

Past Times does some nice and different gifts. How about making up a basket of all of his fav things lots of little bits and bobs for the car, bottle of his fav tipple, fav food etc not only shows the thought gone into the gift but you can make it as flamboyant as you like

Any magazines he buys regularly and enjoys. How about a subscription to one of them?

Actually I may try Past Times later today- (I should be in Shrewsbury for about 3pm) and see if there's anything about old sports cars- especially Alfa Romeo! Thanks for the ideas, everyone!
