Yep, and Biscan and Hamman did a good job of screening the midfield - Lampard had a relatively quiet game and wasn't able to pop up and score his usual trademark goal.
Drogba for £24m? They could have bought the original Emile Heskey for £6m! And Kezman? That fella just makes me chuckle. I'd start with Forsell ahaed of either of those two. I'd start with Forsell ahead of either of those two.
If Mourinho has an eye for a forward then they could be awesome next season because there's not a lot else wrong with them when everyone's fit.

Apparantly they've just signed some Brazilian off Corinithians who have had him 10minutes.
I do think Drogba gets more stick than he deserves, because from what I've seen Chelsea generally play off him, play it up to him and then use him as another platform from which to introduce the widemen and Lampard.
Maybe he'd be better suited to having someone like Forsell play off him?

Tevez is Argentinian, saw him play at the Olympics, he was awesome. Ran for 85 minutes Conditions were direct sun light. Temperature in the shade was over 40 degrees, so what it was on the pitch heaven only knows.
Was worth the admission money alone just to see him play and the positions he up.

hasnt he lost the plot somewhat since then.
Think this is the second time he has assaulted one of his team mates

Brillint atmosphere in the city last night. On their performance over the two legs Liverpool deserve it, cant see them doing much in the final though.

The atmosphere looked absolutely awesome there this evening. I havn't seen an all seated ground go so mental at the full time whistle before. I was in the Kop last night and it was an amazing atmosphere - loads of noise and singing and I think that the '12th man' was definitely heard. The atmsphere was nearly as good as the Brittania last May Chelsea were as good in defence as Liverpool but more creative when they had the ball. Fortunately for Liverpool, Chelsea had a 'duff' centre forward who was getting compared unfavourably to Emile Heskey by many around me Much as I like his style, I'm sure that even Mourinho will learn some humility from the defeat
