...not playing on Saturday? Did I read that he had flu or tonsilitis or some other "illness"? He certainly was looking under the weather out partying in Wrexham on Sunday night with messrs Moss and Aiston. Sam, incidentally, revealed he wouldn't be at The Meadow next season too. What's the world coming to, eh, when a professional footballer can't go on the lash with his mates without it appearing on an internet messageboard

How come for endless games we played Lowe at right side of midfield, did the same with Sheron.......yet we're letting Aiston go?? So thats no natural wide players.......big gaps to fill for GP over the summer, replacements AND backups.

yeah. i still get the impression that he's one player who the opposition know is dangerous and can turn a game. that says a lot.

Tolley wasn't at the awards evening tonight.... A great quote from Sam Aiston at the end of the night when asked if he was continuing on to liquid: "I'm 28 now and have a girlfriend, I can't go out and drink all night anymore" As for giving Sam a contract, it needs to be done. He has improved a lot since Peters has joined and will continue to get better - well worth at least a one year deal.
