Looking for Insurance for a 16 day European trip. Any pointers to the cheapest?

check out the travel ads in the sunday papers .O r theres always Tesco which you can buy in store

I always use insureandgo, seem reasonable quotes, although not had to claim on them so not sure what they are like at actually paying out

I have mine with Sainsburys. I go for their annual travel insurance. I have had to make one claim on it three years ago, and they paid up without any fuss.

Probably as wise to buy your tickets on your credit card and use their free insurance - free and as good as most other policies

If you travel a lot an annual policy is better value. Try Nationwide or Boots for a quote

I use AXA for skydiving breaks reccomended by my instructor who travels mostly between Spain and the States hes away more than he is in the UK so Im guessing has had a need at some point to claim
Their quotes were very reasonable (or so I thought) and the policy I use covers all sports while you are away
