Just back from Swansea, a pretty good Town performance where I think we had the better 1st half with their keeper pulling off 3 superb saves and Swansea having 1 clear cut chance which they took. Second half was a bit stale with Swansea the better but in the last 10minutes they looked nervous and Langmead was guilty of missing a sitter with his head from a yard out. Highlights were Harts handling and distribution, Tinsons domination over Trundle, Aistons 1st half display, Edwards all round game was excellent. Very hard to fault any player in particular.

Sat in a hotel in Swansea. Fair summary. We were dominant for large periods. All the subs looked bright. We are a goalscorer short of a mid-table side at the moment I feel. Well done Town! PS Lots of Swansea t**ts about as usual

I thought Langmead had a fair game as a player who wins the ball well and holds it up allowing others into the game but as a goalscorer it's a little worrying, I can't believe he missed with that header at the end and he really should have scored in the 1st half too. Their goal came after Street misread a ball and lost control on the Town right flank, the ball being put into the box eventually and Cowan,I think won the header and clattered the attacker and put the ball clear of the box, Challis slipped and left the Swans 1 on 1 with Joe,unlucky not to save it really. Ashton had a great 1st half but drifted out of it a bit in the 2nd, man of the match for me was Tinno.

Wasn't it Trevor who won the header - or was I really at a different game?

I can't remember for sure but Joe was unlucky not to save the goal, his handling today was 1st class. The other highlight was the little lad in the half time penalty shoot out who ran the length of the pitch for his run up and then 'coolly'slotted the ball past Cyril The Swan.
