Staff game date is TBC. Waiting for Mr Potato Head to pull his finger out and organise a date. Watch it you cheeky geeet! I can still sack you anytime I feel like it ;D (Power is great ) As you know, I have spoken to Brian Perry, and await a gap in the end of season fixture glut that Brian is dealing with. This vote is only open to ASFC players that have played in 10 or more games this season - something Mr Leahy neglects to mention in his post All those foe whom I have e-mail addresses had an e-mail yesterday asking for their vote. PLEASE DONT POST IT ON HERE. However, if you want to send me a pm on B&A, please feel free.

I wasn't asking people to vote on here, just providing some stats to help people make their choice.
Notice that you can't vote for Mr Potato head, that is because he has only been to three games this year!

looks like Ant has to win it. May be a whinging git, but you can't argue with second to goalscorer and 100% attendance

Cheers Rob but I won it 3 years ago which means I prob won't ever win it again. There's been some really good performers this year and people who have improved immensly. It's a tough choice

How come the top two goalscorers are midfielders!??
Looks like Dunn or A.Thomas, but goals aren't everything, shows no stats on defence for a start......

Its hard this season cos there are genuinly 4 or 5 players who could get it such as been the performance of them 5 this year Ps hes JOINT second top goal scorer

But i didnt!!! Im amining for 20 goals next year though - a brave call early on but i reckon i can do it now!!

The funniest thing is that 3 B&A Users (who shall remain nameless ) responded to the B&A Player of the season PM with names of ASFC players

Are ASFC matches part of a league and if so where are you likely to finish?

Are ASFC matches part of a league and if so where are you likely to finish? Unfortunately there is no league. If there were, I would wager we would be relatively near the top, we've only lost four games all season, all away from home.

Are ASFC matches part of a league and if so where are you likely to finish? Unfortunatley not. Although the games are always very competitive there is no league that we play in. We could enter the Supporters Internet FA but this would mean playing different sides than we usually do. The other problem is that if a league was set up different teams play different amounts of games. For example ASFC have played 27 games against other supporters clubs this season - I doubt any other team comes close to that tally.

Thats a shame- I remember you being a bit worried Tricky after your first few games but you have well and truly proved your management credentials. Well done to yourself and the lads on a cracking season I hope to come and watch the game against the STFC staff game.

Notice that you can't vote for Mr Potato head, that is because he has only been to three games this year! Thought I should mention it in case people did start putting their votes. And I played in just the ONE game thanks, though I have watched around 7 or 8 games, all of which have been highly enjoyable. The ASFC have gone from strength to strength this season and now compete with the traditionally strongest sides in the land of fans footy. Just out of interest as well, I checked e-mails received at 7.30am before leaving for work and had received 6 votes so far, 5 different players. No clues to names Dunny But just goes to show what a tough choice it is this season.

It's been a learning curve, but I think I've done okay. I was struggling big time after we played 3 lost 3 in pre-season, but the lads have shown some great responses since.
