Fair enough singing about Sammy today as he was warming up, but why all the aggro from people around where I was sitting about bringing on Aiston?
We were defending against a strong team
Aiston can't tackle well, does not keep possession well and has poor defensive and poor positional sense
Why on earth would we bring him on with ten minutes to go when we are defending the point that kept us int he league?
If we were losing 2-1 then of course bringing him on would help us, but I can't see how he is the 'outlet' that so many think he is

I am a big fan of Sam Aiston
He is one of our major threats as an attacking team
But for todays game he is just the wrong sort of player IMO

I am a big fan of Aiston but when it was put to me that neither goals or assists are in double figures the doubt over whether we should keep him arose.....

Aiston was stripped to his match gear with about 15 mins to go.
That coincided with us getting right back in the game, thanks mainly I though to the astute subsititution putting Whitehead on at full back.
We did not need to gamble. We needed a point to secure our Football League future.

We have not looked to go for an attacking display away from home in recent matches. Therefore why have Aiston, an attacking player, on the bench?

I thought we could of won the game yesturday if we had of put sammy on!
I dont think sheron or edwards have got the pace of a winger and i think if we had of put aiston on we would of won but fair points that we only needed the ppint

I thought Salop played well yesterday and could have won the game with the players we had on the pitch at the end of the game.
There was no need for Aiston to come on as we looked strong defencively with the team we had on the pitch.
