Some years ago when I was self employed I used to get really stressed, so I borrowed a library book from the Shrewbury library called Stress Management....I forgot I had it and had a few reminders, but became too stressed to give it back, so now its mine ;D

Borrowed the Town v Rotherham Mickey Mouse Wembley debacle video from a mate and never gave it back. He didn't seem too bothered when I reminded him but admitted I had lost it.

We have to sign-out for stuff in our library at work, I found a slip (unsigned) which had been there since 1987, the book which had been taken was called
'Starting Up Your Own Business' !

My husband borrowed a Playstation game off a work colleague years back. He changed jobs - never sees this bloke now. He sold the game on ebay, for a princely sum!!

When i was working in Hertford the fire alarm went off when i was in the middle of my cooked canteen lunch. There was no way that anything was going to get between me and my lunch so i up'd sticks and my lunch home with me. (To be fair it was only across the road from where i worked).
A plate, knife and fork and dinner tray have since migrated with me to Lichfield ;D
