...on this board, I have noticed they are getting a little bit annoyed that Chelsea and Liverpool are cutting it in Europe. Dont worry your turn will come again. news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/4446249.stm

So I was a United fan for 10 years and I don't follow them anymore cos I don't identify myself with the team bla bla bla but I still sympathise with them.
But when Chelsea went through or scored a goal I screamed YES! and clapped as I would have when I was a ManU fan.....and same goes for Liverpool. When the final whistle blew I was delighted.
I think every United fan should be glad of this situation that one English team is going to be in the UCL Final. This is brilliant for the much unjustly criticised (sp) English game.

One piece of Good news for Utd fans is that Rio found a good place in SW1 to have lunch the other day

Newcastle cruising in Lisbon too, looks like a 3rd English team in the semis of a European Cup. Fair to say the ASFC have a better chance of succeeding in Europe than United ever did

Yeah right I'm so excited i'm having trouble sleeping. So you'd rather have some eyetie, dutch or frog team winning than an English one?

Aside from being the only English side to win the European trophy in the last 20 years? Ever did 'this season' - didn't I put that in my first post?

United's record in Europe is very regular. This is the first year in, what, 10? that they haven't qualified for the last 8. And last year they went out to Porto to a jammy 85th minute goal. And they could have won the title last year, no question.

i'm a United fan and i want Liverpool win the Cl but if they can't win it then anyone but Chelsea will make me happy. If Chelsea win it there will be loads of cocky fans going round saying they have won "THE TREBLE" but it'll be the "mickey mouse treble" The Carling Cup is hardly the Fa cup
