he is a good player and a model pro, but he's not got the legs for this level of football IMO

In answer to the question - Yes I think it's time he stopped playing but I think he'd make a great coach for us, bags of enthusiasm and knowledge and a good motivator. Just watch Martin pre match & on the touchline during the game. Never forget at The Brittania before extra time the way he geed the supporters up. Top man and a welcome addition to the backroom staff should he choose to stay.

O`Conner has done the best at Birmingham and Walsall,He as a player has the knowledge to play and the experience.but we have not seen the best of this player at the Town and for me with the pay structure being tight i think it is one of the wages we can afford to lose.If he is to progress as a coach and acheive it should be at a club other than one on a small budget.
