Chester is a good night out...if a little dangerous if you wander off on your own. I'm a student there so i have i good knowledge of the club scene mate. Places like Revs and Brannigans can be a bit anal over groups of lads/girls going in together...but you get that everywhere.
RB's is great, especially as it's 80s night every night on the bottom floor. It's called Reflex after the classic Duran Duran hit (probably) and i would recommend it if your going. Some nice pubs as well. Places like the Red Lion always have some sort of cool offer on.

Wrexham's a top night out. One street full of bars, very little trouble and a choice of about four clubs.

Avoid Kiddy like the plague!! Chester is decent, Rosies seems to be the haunt most people end up at there. Wrexham is half decent, but limited in what it offers on a variety front. Worcester is a top night out, cheap B&B's, everything within walking distance and great, especially when the teacher training college is in session!!

NIGHT OUT IN KIDDIE!!!! NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO Would feel safer on the p**s in Basra! Try Hereford-not too rough and has a wide variety of clubs which cater for most musical tastes (if you like rock may I suggest the excellent Manhattans in the town centre on a Fri night). Also Ludlows worth a shout if you want to go an all day pub crawl (seriously!)-nothing beats a pint in the summer by the river at the Carlton Arms. Ahhhhh takes me back to college days Shrewsbury in my experience is a terrible place to go out-unfriendly door staff, poor choice of clubs-would only really consider the Hop Pole or Crown for a night out. Anywhere else forget it

Avoid Hereford and Kiddy like you'd avoid Julian Clary in the shower if there's a bar of soap on the floor, Kiddy is simply awful and Hereford is as rough as Camillas face. Worcester is a good night out with some good clubs and loads of bars and late night/early morning eating places - loads of good looking talent too.

Recently reopened after some building work-Ludlows not that bad if you go out with a few mates. For a town of its size it has some decent town centre pubs. Then again I'm a local so I bound to be biased

Then again I'm a local so I bound to be biased local here too. There is plenty of pubs in town, very few decent ones from memory, hence i dont bother going back down there
