Doesn't he live in Mancs - his partner works there - Jester would be closer but I cannot believe he would do that??? A bit worried that he would react to some of the negative chanting last night - he has said from the very beginning that the whole club must be united. The club / board need to issue a 5 strategy statement about what is going to happen and when - both on and off the pitch starting with firm NM plans + timings and GP signing a contract and ending with us being in the Championship at NW in front of 8k every week by 2010. Plymouth did something similar at about the time we put 4 past them during the petrol strike. They have redeveloped their ground are in the championship!! SIMPLE

Can't see it myself Geoff mate. We've been interviewing Paul Ince apparently for the latest vacancy and there's a rumour Wrighty's back in the frame.
I think Peters would always choose to stay at Shrewsbury. We're both going to finish close in the league and he already knows your squad.
The only thing i can think is if Vaughan is planning a 4th summer spending spree in a row and he wants to tempt a manager with that. I know there's money in the kitty...we're after Greg Blundell from Donny apparently...but i'm not sure if there'd be enough to tempt Peters away.
My moneys on him staying at Gay Meadow!

Not really impressed by GP if he is using us to improve his CV at our expence, having said that after he has proved himself at this level with this club, why the hell like the New Meadow are we pussy-footing around again.IF he is The Man sign him up.
