I swear Murray told me this. He was in a taxi one day and the driver wants to start up a conversation. Murray tells him he is working over there. First question he is asked. "What is your favourite football team, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man Utd? Muzza- "Shrewsbury Town" Driver - "x$£%(*&^*** ". Second question - "You have sex with lovely Thai ladies yet? ;D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say Murray declined to answer that one with his mother present

Actually stayed in the Novotel Siam Sqare. Right in the heart of the city Chinatown was incredible. Tiny little alleys between shops full on to the pavement with street sellers and with about a million shoppers and with guys on mopeds making deliveries through the crowds.

Wow, right in the thick of it there, I stayed at the Asia which is a couple of sky train stops down but think you can't go wrong with Siam Square for the complete mix of old and new... Went to an Irish pub down there one night for me first pint of the black stuff in four months and it was so authentic that for a moment there I completely forgot I was in Asia and not Town somewhere!!
