And all I really needed to say was how great it was on Saturday!! They'll have to ban people taking those things, what are they called- Megaphones? Loudhailers? into the Wakeman Stand - or the Moaners will be launching a counter- campaign trying to amplify their moaning to drown our singing!!! Actually - lots of people were joining in with the Away Supporters.

They proved they could do it last Saturday Pauline, all we can do is hope that they enjoyed it that much that all those song sheets you have handed out will continue to be put to good use

Lenin says get the Soviet national anthem starting before every game! Lenin believes the crowd will be very passionate roaring with Soviet pride.

Is running an advert on Radio Shrop, trying to get the Wakeman stand singing Pauline's STFC promotional bandwagon still going strong gotta say that the noise on sat was quality, especially after the goals settled everyone down. to have that level of vocal support for a game which wasnt exactly a high profile game was superb. It makes a difference having that presence in the Wakemen to bounce off the riversiders, and get the Tech end involved.

What made it exciting and changed the atmosphere, was the ALL ROUND singing and support. On Saturday it actually had some of the feeling of the larger, all-seater stadiums in higher divisions. But "The Wakeman Four" could NEVER have done it on our own, however hard we tried, or however many song sheets I gave out. What changed things was the input from The Away Supporters. I just hope it was such fun that people will want it that way every time, and we'll get some singing bouncing back across the pitch from Riverside to The Wakeman. (Some singing banter, too maybe!! ) Read what Gary says in his Q&A sesssion, about support and about what they used to say about Liverpool. It's good!

Any chance of a rota for the Centre Stand too Sorry my friend but that ones a lost cause- the emotional blackhole that is the Centre stand would need a band, a few shots of vodka and electrified seats to get any life out of them ;D
