Also, if you can bear it scroll down a bit on that link for the wise words of J.Quinn Actually, Quinn talks a lot of sense in that article. What he says about strikers is quite right - that loss of (scoring) form by Luke cost us dearly in points I would have thought - although I'm sure that some stato. will prove me wrong Still Gary Peters for me though

Putting Luke up as his excuse for us being bottom of the League is exactly what I would have expected Quinn to do,rather than take any responsibility himself.
Didnt even have the brains to blame Dave Cooke.
The man always did talk complete and utter bo££ox and is still doing so.

I can't believe Quinn's having a dig at Rodgers (if that's what he is saying through the article) Luke was a 20 goal a season striker until Quinn over the side and more importantly until Rodgers had to play second fiddle to Quinn's ego, when he played himself up front and made Rodgers do all his running for him. Quinn also signed John Grant and fell out with Colin Cramb so should relly take the blame for us not having a 20 goal striker this season.

It is a decent point. If Luke had been on the 02/03 form, then Quinny may well still be here.

The man always did talk complete and utter bo££ox and is still doing so. So what part of Quinn's statements exactly are utter rubbish?

ILuke was a 20 goal a season striker until Quinn over the side . No time for quinn, but in the interest of balance, luke was also a 20 a season striker till jemson left ( now that hurts)

simple as that I'm afraid nuff said............end of
It makes me ill just thinking about the bloke.
Having spoken to him personally about our performance after the Cambridge away fixture, when I hung around for more than an hour for the privilege,I was convinced then,as I still am now, that I would of got more sense out of a dead parrot in the Venezuelan rain forest........................who hadnt even seen the game.
