I'd only be tempted to buy the odd game, Kiddy at home is an example.
Two review DVD's would be good, one for Xmas and one at the end of the season.

I'd buy highlights CD's - one at Christmas, the other at the end of the season. Not just goal highlights please. I like to see strong tackles, clever dribbles and incisive passes, even if they don't lead to goals and even if they're by the opposition. There's more to football than just goals. all things are possible but the better it is the more time it takes to source/edit and thus the more expensive it will be. take meadow memories, easily the best town film ever made, but it matt months and for little profit.

I would aim for maybe 4 highlights DVDs through the season
maybe offer a special price if people buy all four up front

I hope these DVDs are not for sale on Match Days. If so make sure the ref does not hear about it as people could take them into the ground and use them as offensive weapons.

I would buy 1 or 2 (max) covering the season,no more. I bought the DVD of the play off final in a fit of excitement, but have only watched extra time and the pens!

What about a season's highlights DVD. You are more likely to sell everything you record and people can build up a collection without running out of space.
I have just seen the messages about 2-4 over the season and those might sell just as easily. I think that there would be plenty left over if it was every match or every month. Once the next DVD comes out, no-one would buy the old one.

taking the fact that videoing all matches is a requirement of the football league then surely any sales are a profit
blank dvds can be bought for less than 20p so why not test the market
sell the kiddy game for £2 and the chester game for £12
or vice versa

Why don't we have a vote on which would be the most popular game to have, and then have a highlight DVD. Or have a two disc set with one whole game and then the highlights.
The Chester game for me.

Ian
As one who cannot make many of the games I would consider buying a seasons review that would include the good the bad and the down right ugly.
Particulary if I knew the club would get the proceeds
