Will be there.
ASFC have a game in morning which should be a cracker as Lincoln are a very good team.

My Dad and I will be going. Can't wait. ;D He pre-booked his day off, might leave a bit earlier then have a walk around and get some chips or something before going to the game. How far is it to Lincoln? 2 hours? 2 and a half? I always get a stiff backside on long journeys. it's worth it though, for the atmosphere of the shrews fans especially if we win.

For anybody that fancy's a change of scenery do not forget it's FA Vase Semi Final time with Didcot Town at home to Jarrow Roofing. 3pm kick off, £6 to get in.

I didn't think I'd see the day when a Salop fan was trying to encourage fellow Salop fans not to go and see them play!!
Get yourself down to Lincoln, can make a decent atmosphere there, come on Salop!

Good luck to Didcot Town, but I dont see why any Salop fan would want to go and see them unless theyre Oxfordshire based I'm skint at the mo but I've booked my seat on Smithy's coach for next week

I'll be there - relatively easy trip on the trains for me If i remember right the train from S'bury goes straight to Lincoln, with maybe only one change, might be wrong though as it was a while back.

I've just been looking at trains to Lincoln. As I missed the last home match - because of our visitor, and this is another tough one, I'd really like to go. Financially, it's feasible, but the journey is not good- no train between Manchester Picadilly and Sheffield - it's a bus (Trans Pennine Express)-Also I wouldn't get home again till nearly midnight. Mr Wiggy would NOT be happy meeting me off the train at nearly midnight!!!! Still- if I decide to go, I'll get round the objections, somehow! Honestly, though, I've got a poor "away" record. Look what happened when I went to the Notts County match away!!!

I admire the optimism you lot show when you know it'll be another 1 upfront, 5 in midfield and hope for a nil -nil.
I'll be painting the potting shed.

If we get a nil-nil draw at Lincoln, I'll be happy. One more point nearer safety, and that's all that matters until the end of the season.
