I see GPs point, but this isnt really the time to be without one of your key defenders for a couple of weeks

I wish managers would keep the bollocking's in house. Ive never been in favour of public humiliation and to me that is what it sumounts to.
I would have thought Stuart Whitehead will be cheesed off enough to lose his place, let alone hearing the manager say "Lets hope we won't need him for the rest of the season"

but then again, whitehead will not be pleased with this, and then if town lose and he gets his place back, he wont do it again. I think thats wat GP is hoping for in the case. because whiteheads not gonna like the fact hes: a)been fined b)hes suspended c)GP has told everyone what he thinks and d) he might have lost his place for the season. so maybe if he gets his place back he knows what to expect so wont do it again.... a bit for the lad maybe, but its his own fault

Proffesional Football is what it says..... A Profession. Any other work ie Office, Factory etc. A boss would call you to an office and repremand you on the spot for your digretion. He would not be allowed to bollock you in front of other members of staff, let alone the public

Yes but the offence place in front of thousands of fans so his bollocking should be in front of those fans that pay his wages, fair comments in my book, i wouldnt let him play agaion for the remainder of the season if it was me in charge.
