What did you feel like on Monday night? What did you do? Did you fall out with anyone? Lose sleep? I don't suppose it makes any difference- but I don't think they realise how much it gets to us. I was awake most of Monday night. When I did sleep, I had a nightmare! I met a tramp in the street - but he was a one-man-band- and he gave me a newspaper- and there was a feature about a girl who worked in a Fish & Chip shop in Market Drayton (where I grew up!!)- and she loved Shrewsbury Town F.C. Dream analysts welcome to interpret that one!! Then I woke up at 5am- listened to music to try and get my head together. (Leah and I were "cat sitting" for my daughter while she was in Sweden.) It's horrible- it reminds me of being a lovesick teenager- except it's 11 men letting you down!!! I just can't BELIEVE how my Football Club can get to me like this! I didn't get drunk, though- couldn't be drunk in charge of a grand-daughter and a cat!! Anyone else brave enough to admit how they felt? Was it anger? sorrow? Did you fall out with anyone in your house? If only they felt like WE feel sometimes- then they might just get themselves some pride and get out and kick some ass instead of wimping out and inviting the opposition to swarm all over them in the first 15 minutes or so.

I'm a bit depressed, I'm thinking about saturday quite a bit, and all those dodgy away trips last season. Maybe I should start praying or something

I sleep ok. I dont lose sleep over worries of an impending relegation, or anything football related.
Theres a lot more in this world to worry about than football.
The time that I MAY start to lose some sleep is if we need three points from the last match and also have to rely on other results a la great escape. Until then, I'll sleep ok.

I'm reaching the stage which I have reached all too frequently during the last 15 years or so. As the weather improves and our perfomances get worse I find better things to do with my time than get upset and frustrated by our continuing incompetance. Yesterday was a relaxing time at the allotment followed by a meal in Manchester and a night at the theatre. I didn't know the result until I looked in the paper this morning, I felt I knew what it would be anyway and I wasn't wrong.

Not affecting my life at all. If we where facing bankruptsy i would be worried, but my team will survive this one way or another. The world didnt come to an end last time we got relegated, and God forbid it happens agin, but it wont come to an end this time either. In honesty though, i have been getting rather a lot of heart burn after eating kebabs recently, but then, it could be all the garlic. Come on Wiggy, hold it together matey. You are so often our only source of optimism, chin up

I keep studying the table, pointless exercise really as I know it inside out but I still can't stop it. I have decided not to go to Cheltenham and am taking the family for a camping trip to Wales, oh and I just made a killing on Ebay profiting £300+ so today is a good day

Monday night I was and still am absolutely ecstatic obviously for non Salop reasons, have to admit I'd completely forgot we were playing (I do usually listen to R.Shrops while I'm sitting in the shed in Whitchurch waiting for the weather to change and my spot on the plane) but Monday at 3pm I was just getting into the plane for my qualification jump That said though I wasnt really expecting us to get anything so when I got the result through on text I cant say I was disappointed. Have to say after Fridays game its hard to get motivated when the team dont particularly seam to be

Coping a lot better than the last time we were down there, that’s for sure...that were horrible. Maybe that experience, the relegation to the Conference, has eased things a tad this time round...not so much a shock to the system?

I've not lost one seconds sleep over relegation this year - until Monday's football nightmare (mine not the teams). Let's hope this is a very small blip.

I'm ok at the moment, but if we lose against Oxford and Kiddy and Rushden win their games i am sure we will all be very worried

I couldn't give a ****! Today, lack of material football success is to be welcomed. At least one is spared the toss fest that is the Premier League and whatever the second division is called these days.
Let's face it - who'd you rather be? A fan of STFC or a fan of Fulham?

Every time I think about it I get depressed. I try not to think about it. Two years ago we were in a worse situation and therefore we know what's at stake in these upcoming games.
I just hope the players know that too.
