Good luck Dave - another player who has carved himself into the history of the club with his excellent displays last season.

Its refreshing to see a fair few players from last seasons campaign leave...didn't see too many games but from what I saw (and despite promotion) it was without a doubt one of the worst sides to play for Shrewsbury Town FC. Some of the football last season were painful, the performances I saw were awful... Lets see Tinson on his way next Gary... ...and of course, best of luck to Rid's!!

Good luck to Dave Ridler
always tried to the best of his ability
we will have better players play for us, but few will be so consistent and so professional
and underated part of the side who brought us back into the league

Yeah, this has been on the cards for a while.
Bit of a shame though - I remember everyone being a bit dubious when he first arrived, due to him being an out of contract conference player, but he soon won everyone over. He hardly put a foot wrong last year and was a big part of our promotion push.
He'd definitely be a valuable addition to anyone in the conference.

Good luck to Dave for his solid performances. But the annoying thing for me is that here is another example of a Quinn player having his contract paid off. How much money have we spent doing this over the past year?

Got it on the text.
What does it mean "Left the club by mutual consent?"
No news of where he's going?
Thank you, Dave for all you did to help get us back into the League again- and all the very best.

His contract was up in June, it's hardly a big deal.

That's right some reports from fans at his previous clubs were not encouraging but he didn't give me any cause for complaint in the time he was here.
