every interview with GP makes sense
he defended Lowe in public but was obviously thinking along the same lines as many fans
and £30k a year?

Classic Peters “Since we had wind that Chester were interested in him and the only good game he’s had was against Chester”
“he has not really had his head in the right place” – not his feet half the time gary!!
Seems like the logical thing to do looking at it that way and I hope Chester enjoy paying Lowe over the summer!!!
I also like the line where it starts – I have brought in a right back who’s probably better than mossey!!!

How much did the club spend on wages last season? I'd say 30 grand isn't far off the average wage the players are getting.

If he says there are going to be no more moves into the club, doesn't that leave us a little short up front - should any of our strikers get injured, or in Luke's case, suspended again?

I think Peters sees Sheron, Luke and Langers, as the main 3 for the rest of the year Street has impressed Peters up front in resent ressi games and even gave him a go against Lincon so there is a 4th choice and im sure GP must have a eye on the youths at the town who can make a step up in the last few games when were safe All seems better than paying 2 players for 8 weeks and then possibly the summer who have no future at the club!

If Luke manages to get another red suspect that would be a lengthy ban which would exclude him from most of the run-in games.
Transfer deadline day is just not the same without the last minute capture!

most managers don't go telling the whole world that they need new players anyway as its likely to increase the transfer fees. wouldn't surprise me if he brings in another striker soon.

Maybe with he sees street as a fourth striker until the end of the season? With what time he had up front on saturday I wouldn't mind him being back-up untill then, although isn't the long term solution.
