Just read it. It sounds as if he knew this one would be mega-tough. He seems to think he's the only one who really understands the danger we're still in (Gary- we're ALL only too aware of the danger we're in!!!) Said Howie had apologised to the lads for letting that goal in- did he need to?

Honest assessment as ever.
As he says we can't take our eye off the ball, or else we could be sucked back into the danger zone. Big set of matches next weekend. A win on Friday - with Kiddy and Rushden losing - would leave the bottom two needing to win 4 out of 7 to get anywhere near. Lose, and the other bottom two win and the cushion is down to a mere two wins.

Interesting point he makes about us being slow to react to the loose ball on the first goal. That has been a problem we have had going back as far as Jake King's era if not before.

I think he's a bit over the top saying he is the only person in the town who realises the seriousness of our position. He should listen to some of the doom merchants on here
