I personally have a lot of faith in the man, but how do you lot feel now he's been at the helm for a while.
Can someone please tell me if Jake Sedgemore is injured? I thought he's been a vast improvemnet since GP over. and been slightly perplexed on why he can't make the team.

Sedge got a knock in Training and has hardly trained all week.
I think GP is the right man, but he hs to get rid of some of this squad before he can show his real managerial skills.

Surprised that you've asked the question to be honest bilbo.
He's the right man because if nothing else he's the only man we are going to have from now to seasons end. I happen to believe that probably no one on here has a true picture of the mess that Peters has inherited which will take time for him to sort and put his own stamp on things.
I also believe that is we as supporters, the board and everyone else connected with STFC show the man some faith and support that he will deliver us to good times and a solid base for someone else to take over.
Don't panic now people.

This question is always asked when a couple of results go against us, i think GP is a good proven manager at this level.
He has inherited some players who need to go, how many ? Thats up to him and probably why he is keeping contract issues close to his chest.
The main thing is that we stay solid behind him and the players give him time then let us judge on achievement not a couple of poor games.

I couldn't agree more Jamo I asked the question because I know from past experience on here.......It doesn't take long for people to change their mind ;D I hope GP is here next season, which hopefully he will clear out the dead wood and bring some good and reliable players

Just as there were people proclaiming he was God after a couple of comprehensive home spankings of Darlo,Chester and Orient, so there will be people saying he isnt the right man when we lose 2/3/4 games.
While we have had some good results this season, our last two defeats have been when Luke has been suspended, if we are to turn things around, I would think Rodgers will be the man to do it on the pitch for us, providing he isnt sold for a £100K to a cheshire/staffordshire club.

Yes he's the right man.
But one step at a time everyone...

Cast your minds back to Histon.
Now look at the league table.
Without a massive turnover of players (like Kiddy) he has turned around a lost cause and put us into a position where we should be safe with a couple of games to go.
He is a very able football manager - and there are not many of those about. We should treasure him.

What we really need is a few more Gary Peters at the club running other things down there.
