for the board must be do they sell Luke as soon as an offer comes in, or risk him going for nothing at the end of the season. Selling him before we are safe could be suicide

They won't sell him now.
If they let him go and the worst happened they'd get lynched!!!

I don't think anyone will come in. He's had a terrible goalscoring season by his standards and teams look at the goalscoring chart, not at if he's run his b******s off in every game.
IMO, he'll still be here in May

Can't see him wanting to stay. He must have ambition with the size of his ego.

Can't see him wanting to stay. He must have ambition with the size of his ego. Well his goals won't have helped him. He might not want to stay but he might not be able to go anywhere now. But we can't be unfair to Luke as he stayed with us last year when none of us thought he would.

Personally I think he should go. He has a chance to make it at a higher level (though I am not convinced that will be more than Div One) He needs to test himself against better defences and to be supported by more creative midfielders and strike partners. The lad has done very well for the Town.

Last eight games, Sheron and Rodgers with Langmead on the bench if Sheron runs out of puff in the last 15 mins.
Permission to pull the rope if he is sold.

Make that rope a long 'un. I'll want to be on the end of it!

It would be a ridiculous decision to let Luke go before May.
I can't imagine the Board doing it and expect the 120K from the Moss transfer means they won't have to do it.
