Seems to think that by transferring the Covenant from GM to Oteley Rd, the Council are giving the "10%" of Town residents who support the club a "gift" of nearly £15,000,000?
Clearly the fact that the GM site floods and is sandwiched between the river and the railway line makes it such a great treasure. Also, he seems not to understand that the Covenant was to preserve the provision of land for recreational use. By moving this to Oteley Rd, the Town is actually gaining a much better facility.
