there has been recent talk about the effectiveness of our youth system and the lack of players recently who have made the break through into the first team/squad.
With making it to the final of the midland youth cup, does this indicate that we have a youth team with a fair few decent prospects, or that they have merely learnt to play as ateam, played to their strenghs (quite literally) and were helped along the way by playing some crappy teams?
Who should we be hoping/expecting to make the break through?

we have good players that the conrolling people are scared to bring though because we are always fighting for something!

Lack of youth players coming threw has been down to bad managment, GP is a young players dream of a manager, he has picked out this clubs failings already, they must be looking forward to a better future
