That is something special indeed
That is just amazing, he looked up, he knew what he was doing, incredible
Earlier on tonight I commented about which sides have world class players, and I mean wolrd class
Liverpool have Gerrard and err, erm, err, erm, err
United have Giggs, Ronaldo, Gary Neville (I mean it), Rooney and Possibly Ferdinand and of course Keane too old
Chelsea have Cech, Lampard, Robben, Duff, Makalele and arguably Drogba
Arsenal have Cole, Henry, Viera and Campbell, with Bergkamp aging

are you mentioning him because he's your best mate bit old at 31, (last two years been injured) and wouldnt ever have classed him as a world class player unlike RVN (whom we all forgot)

Not forgetting the mighty Igor Biscan of course.

RVN was of course a mistake, he'd be there
as for Pires? Not on this season's form
Scholes possibly, not a chance for Terry yet

Scholes possibly, not a chance for Terry yet Really TBH? Are we talking players doing things consistently or just at the moment?

Tell me who's playing better in the country in his position than Terry ? From the others mentioned TBH you would have to include him.

terry is the leading figure and captain in the best defence in the country and in my opinion should be number one choice for country at centre back on current form and hes managed to weigh in with quite a few goals too.
I'd also add reyes to the arsenal list

No chance........there is no defender in the country in better form than Terry. I would also seriously suggest that because of this form that Sol Cambell's place as an automatic fixture in the England squad is at serious risk.

I still struggle with Terry since he stood motionless and let a Tottenham reject ruin our chances of winning Euro 2004 Give me a couple more months to calm down and i'll include him Certainly no place for Campbell at the moment

Bit harsh on Pires, he's been injured a bit this season yet has still stumped up 9 goals, which is two more than giggs, which isnt bad considering Giggs is ofton given a free role upfront/just behind the front man.
I'd probabbly also add Ljungberg, whom has scored 10 goals this season whilst also suffering from migranes for the best part of a couple of months.
Bot score and set up a fair few goals and certanly through out a season play a far greater role then Bergkamp now plays

Back to the original post and I have to say the goal was the best I've seen this season.
Shame United were totally impotent apart from that moment.

Giggs goal was sheer purfection. He knew exactly what he was doing and the execution was exquisite.
Think campbell has poss had his day as first choice now. Cant see Sven not using Rio, and on a form basis Terry should be the other centre half.
