I see Spurs have got that young Egyptian lad Mido from Roma on 18 months loan. Signing players who have a history of falling out with managers and behaving childishly (such as Colin Cramb, Ankela etc) seems a recipe for disaster. I wonder if they are allowed to send him back if he is disruptive.

Spurs have a history of signing girls, who can ever forget Glenda Hoddle and now this Dido. 21 years of age and this is her 7th club makes Crambie and Jemmo look like loyal servants

Fingers crossed that Mido is going to be well behaved and unlike dalmat doesn't go punching any youth team players!
yes always something that bugs me too, i can't figure out why anyone would EVER want anelka cos you know sooner or later he's going to have an outburst

accept if you need goals, players like Annelka can in the short term do the business....

Give me 45,000 a week and I would play bloody anywhere. Jumped up little t**t. Second only to the puking I was doing while we were trying to sign Bowyer.

signing mido now means spurs have got 4 strikers like most other teams, doesn't mean anyone is leaving.

considering they are quality international strikers, and spurs are little more than a top 8 side, they will all expect to be playing often. Defoe is a starter, that leaves four players scrabbling about for the second strikers jersey.

the under 21 lad won't feature too much, he'll be a player for the future.
4 strikers is pretty much usual for most top teams, arsenal - henry, bergkamp, reyes, van persie. man u - rvn, smith, rooney, saha liverpool - morientes, baros, cisse, pongolle, mellor newcastle - shearer, kluivert, bellamy, ameobi middlesboro - viduka, hasselbaink, job, nemeth
and with spurs normal injury plague it makes sense

Bad attitude players?
I bet West Ham wished they had never signed Di Canio
Or Man Utd signing Cantona
Newcastle were gutted to be lumbered with Bowyer on the cheap
While Juve will be crying for months over signing Mutu on a free
And then no one ever rated that moody Ginola...
