Today is meant to be the day when most of the nation are miserable due to bad weather, debt, seasonal blues and failed resolutions. Cardiff University tutor Cliff Arnalls says his formula proves 24 January is the grimmest day of the year. So lets prove this chap wrong and use this thread for funny, cheer you up stories and links. Heres one to start with, and if you can read any of this without breaking into a smile you are a lost cause. thaigreenmurray.blogspot.com/

painting the town red?? ;D
i'm depressed after saturday... despite the fact that i know we need the new ground. Darlo is the perfect example of why seats = no atmosphere.
it'll take a long time to get used to for me...

“A man has just moved into a new house when the guy from next door calls around. ‘I was just wondering if you’d like to come to a party at mine tonight,’ he says, ‘there’ll be lots of drinking, fighting and f*cking.’
‘Oh, sure. What should I wear?’
‘Anything you want. It’ll just be you and me.”

So far it's been a great day. I got down Asda for 8:20 to pick up the latest Elvis Presley single. They only had 6 copies but I managed to grab 2. I then went down to Virgin Megastores and queued up for half an hour and ended up with another CD and the 10". They cost me £16 in total and within 10 minutes of listing them on ebay I got £80 back ;D
