Another good away point for them last night at Mansfield after gaining a point at Bristol Rovers on Saturday. With Kidderminster beating Lincoln all of a sudden the comfort zone we had after the Yeovil game of "well we lost but all the others did as well so that's another game gone" no longer seems to be the case. This being so we certainly need to maintain our recent improved form. Personally I can see Chester coming into the equation..they looked absolutely dire when we played them at the Biscuit Tin.

Cambridge are without a win in 9.
They desperately need results and draws are not enough.
After the Chester game, they go to Yeovil......

You can't rely on other people continuing to lose. That's what almost did for us in the great escape year.

I said at the start of the season that Rushden and Kiddy were going down, I still stand by that. I'm glad we have Yeovil out of the way, and with the last 2 games being against Swansea and Sc***horpe we have some winnable games coming up.

We have played the best team in the league home and away and the two other teams that have impressed me (Swans and Scunny) we won't be meeting for 4 months. Therefore we have a number of winnable games coming up. See?

Bear in mind we for the last few seasons we have always raised our game when we play against the higher placed teams, then f**k up aginst fellow strugglers-throw the form book out the window every team in this division is beatable. There's only one way to guarntee survival-WIN EVERY GAME!

The thing that worries me is that both Kiddie and Cambridge are starting to turn things round and are starting to grind out results (more so Cambridge than Kiddie). Kiddie have won a couple of late and Cambridge have stopped the rot with two decent away draws at Bristol and Mansfield...
You have to hope that other teams around us continue to struggle, cos we're certainly not gonna win all our remaining games...

I believe Kiddie have a better chance of avoiding the drop than Cambridge. All we need to focus on is achieving 50 points. That will make us safe. If come the start of April that target is unrealistic, then I shall start panicking and hoping for the bottom two teams to start dropping points.

The bottom of this division is still quite tight and will become more so as the season progresses.
We need to keep putting in performances as of late and hopefully we will continue to pick up points.
