There is a great 3 days festival at Aintree, not just 1 race!
Did well over the Cheltenham week so hoping for the same outcome this week!

Corach Rambler has a lot more weight than last year but has also improved (excellent third in the Gold Cup) though he looks a bit short in the betting at 5-1. Nassalam has also gone up in the weights after his facile victory in the Welsh National and loves heavy ground so is a decent each way bet at around 20-1 as a lot of horses will not get around the course unless it dries up before Saturday. The Irish megastable of Willie Mullins field eight runners and there is not a lot between some of them though the stable jockey has chosen I am Maximus, an Irish National winner who has a touch of class and is a potential improver over this trip. For each way betting I would prefer two other Irish runners from two of the smaller stables - Mahler Mission and Panda Boy as both have been given quiet seasons in preparation for this race.

A shame for Harry Redknapp that his horse Shakem Up'arry could not get into the National but he must have a great chance of a consolation win in the Topham today at 4-05 over the National Fences.

Grand national you can basically sit there viewing all these guides on BBC website, sun news paper, videos on YouTube ect and they will all tell you 4 different horses as there selections. You may aswell just pick what horses you fancy and go with them. Wether that is you like the horses name, horses form, jockey on board ect pick what you want not what these tipsters say.

I said it during Cheltenham: Forget the horses nams, just go for the ones trained by Mullins.
