Up by 10% compared to 2023/24? If they say so. After 17 consecutive seasons I've decided not to renew this time, and the guy I usually sit with told me he's not either. I can't imagine we're the only ones, in which case there must be several hundred new buyers - and good luck to them. Main reason for not renewing? Boredom really. I realised I'm going to too many games because I've got a season ticket, not because I particularly want to go. I think I've missed 3 home games this season (at least 2 of which we won) and I was happy about that, before and after. It's not a big protest about the club and how it's run (although ..... ) and I'll go to games when they appeal to me, but I'm not paying another £400 to watch what sometimes seems to be an endless stream of dreary matches with few goals and dreadful officials. If Hurst somehow turns us into an entertaining team playing exciting games then I might end up out of pocket, but I'm happy to take that bet. I'm looking forward to having a bit less football in my life.

I like being able to choose where I sit. I don't think that's an option with an ST?

Halfway through a season I am not going to renew....but always do.
Meeting up with old friends is worth the money without the football.

I like being able to choose where I sit. I don't think that's an option with an ST? Depends which block you're in. I've had the same seat for years but have only needed to sit there on a handful of occasions.

At the risk of being accused of being negative, it will be interesting to see what the overall figure is at the end, remember it's not a like for like comparison as we are in the third stage of pricing this year whereas it was the second stage last year. And then it will be interesting to see what the make up of season ticket sales are, for example we have re-introduced free season tickets for under 7's, a great initiative and one that the club should be applauded for but how many of those make up the additional 10%.
Each season there is talk of mass discontent and fans giving up but generally only a small number do (myself included this season), I expect the numbers to be similar again. The increase in matchday pricing will be a factor in that too.

I like being able to choose where I sit. I don't think that's an option with an ST? You can switch seat every game if you like or sit in any vacant seat same as non STHs so no difference.

I imagine the hope of Paul Hurst revamping the side has drawn a fair few back. IMHO if Taylor were still in charge there is no way there would have been an increase.

We'll fall back in love with going I'm sure but this season has been far too dull and painful. And yeah, if we get promoted and its amazing then say thanks! 😅

Halfway through a season I am not going to renew....but always do. Meeting up with old friends is worth the money without the football. This was me, renewed with a certain amount of bitterness and gets harder and harder each year. Sacking Matt Taylor and bringing in the price freeze just tipped me over from don’t renew to renew.

What does this even mean ? its clearly a light hearted meme in response to the guy who posted before him, suggesting he'll be home alone instead of watching town

I imagine the hope of Paul Hurst revamping the side has drawn a fair few back. IMHO if Taylor were still in charge there is no way there would have been an increase. I probably wouldn't have renewed for the first time in my adult life if Taylor was still here - he was utterly clueless Even with hurst back, I still left it to the last afternoon of the cheapest prices to renew, I don't think Moore has a clue and needs to go too, and I think the club has gone that stale it stinks, in the end my blind loyalty got me to renew, but really thought hard and will continue to do so in future seasons whilst the current ownership remains

at risk of being accused of being positive , an extra 10% in any shape or form is great news Agree. Even if the extra 10% are all free under 7s...kids are the future of the club.
