What a total joke. Words fail me on how low our game stoops just for an extra buck. Town fans should be given a discount on the tickets and I really expect the club to offer FREE coach travel for this game.

An FA Cup tie, on a Saturday, at 3pm. That's a rarity nowadays 😕

Anyone know how much each club get for overseas coverage. Would it be more than the limited Sunday BBC slots.

As your in London this could be expensive for Roland, if you email him i am sure he will arrange a limo to get you to the ground on time...

So an opportunity to earn an extra £50k is stooping low as it may inconvenience some supporters? Football is a business not a charity and that sort of money is vital to the club. Free travel, discounted tickets, because a time is changed, and what difference do you think the time change will make on the gate receipts, more than £50k?

I can remember playing Bristol City one Boxing Day and the ko was 12 or 12.30. The journey wasn’t too bad at all.

The supporters are the life blood of the FA cup, let's hope that we resist selling the competition off just for a few more quid in the bank.

Totally agree but the reality is that the ground is likely to be half full as we are not a great crowd draw for Bristol City, and judging by the recent cup attendances around the country, the blood is being drained out of the competition.

www.fourfourtwo.com/news/real-madrid-florentino-perez-la-liga-fifa-uefa-super-league"Perez has reportedly already been whipping up financial backing for his project and hopes a club of Real Madrid's clout can drive his blueprint into reality. The current proposal would see the formation of two 20-team leagues comprised of teams exclusively from England, Spain, Italy, Germany and France. Relegation and promotion would exist, but only between the two aforementioned leagues. The proposal is reportedly set to meet stern opposition as it would devalue domestic competition to a potentially detrimental degree. It would also all but destroy the Champions League - UEFA's most lucrative and prestigious competition. In a bid to get the backing required, some clubs have been informed by Perez and his team that they could as much as double their revenue." Read more at www.fourfourtwo.com/news/real-madrid-florentino-perez-la-liga-fifa-uefa-super-league#RJyVFFvtOsVv8uEq.99if this goes ahead then the premership and domestic competitions would suffer

Remember going there for a pre season friendly at the start of last season under Askey. Was a 12/12:30 kick off that day and traffic was a complete joke as soon as we hit Bristol.

The game comes during a busy period of fixtures for City and with them doing so well there is a good chance they will field a weakened team and not take it too seriously. Still a good chance for town to go through to the next round and get that plum tie.
