I am getting more and more confused following Wrexhams progress in this important UWAFER competition. I am sure it is called the Turrocks CARAMEL wafer trophy and Wrexham would only qualify for the Turrocks MINT wafer trophy if they actually win the CARAMEL one first. It must be very difficult for new manager Dean Keates to get his head round being involved in such a high level of European competition. It’ll get even more confusing should they win the caramel wafer trophy. They’ll then face off against the winners of the mint wafer trophy next August for a one off showpiece game in what’s known as the ‘Wafer Winner’s Cup Final’. I thought it was called the "UEwafer cup winners cup"

Oh dear......... Wrexham 0, Jesterfield 1. Wrexham move closer to a Chester derby. They may change places. Chester are 2nd in the National League North.

The town of Wrexham will be empty for that one. Shops will surely do a roaring trade as supporters buy up all the Turnock Caramel wafer bars to wave in the crowd. Its great that they have something to look forward to as we farmhands can only look forward to an EFL Division One match against Sunderland.

Next Monday sees the draw for Round 1 of the FA Cup. I wonder if Wrexham will be one of the minnows that make it into the hat?

Even split between home and away fans of these two giants. A recount of the score must surely be worth a shout; I work in Chez Vegas and locals believe that the team is their worst in a lifetime. oh dear.

Sorry mate, youve been cr@p now for over 10 years. Just accept it. Wrexham aren't crap. They are consistent. Cant stand these clubs who are promoted one season and relegated the next. Far better as a supporter to know exactly where you are.

Consistently cr@p that is why they are still struggling to get back into the FL after 12 (is it?) years whereas we did it in 12 months.

But look how fortunate we were. 17 points below Hereford in 2nd place, who had a man sent off in the playoffs and lost to Aldershot so we never had to meet them. We won both playoffs by penalty shoot outs, with Howie blatantly coming off his line in the Final without being penalised. And with a team so inadequate for Division 2 that we'd only won 2 out of 14 games by the time Quinn was sacked in October 2004. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2003%E2%80%9304_Shrewsbury_Town_F.C._seasonMind you, look at where Chester and Hereford are now! Both went bust, and both are now in the National League North.

Now National Premier. Aldershot. - 5th. Now National Premier bottom 4 All the above later made it into the FL but we are the only ones that remained there. That part is not down to luck.
