I'd take Michael Jolley here in a heartbeat. An incredible track record in the game so far, him with Russell Slade as assistant would be just the job imho. No. We would be known as Jolley's circus.

Loved this, well said Mr Jolley (is he a Mr Man?), perhaps SR could use the same interviewing process with the snide himself, Mark Elliot. Imagine Stuart Dunne being on the end of that, he would need a defibrillator.

Wonder how well the fans would take to Poch going there?

or Wenger returning in a caretaker capacity! I would think unlikely as he's just taken a job with FIFA

Looks like Leicester are taking no chances on losing Brendan Rodgers ... at least cheaply!

Our very own Nigel Pearson being lined up for the poison chalice at Watford, that will not do his CV much good unless he can water into wine at a seriously under invested club.

Nigel Pearson has previously shown he is a good manager but he isnt the best when talking to the press and that is a big part of the job nowadays especially in the premiership. I can imagine he will let his feelings be known if VAR decisions go against his team.

Good to see Pearson has accepted a short term contract to prove himself.

Duncan Disorderly in charge today, it seems to have done the trick. Mind you he's enough to scare any team into a response.

Mansfield, Everton Managers must be next for the chop. Which other managers you gunning for? There must be a few quaking in their boots!!
According to BBC website they had enquired about Graham Coughlan at Brizzle but were rebuffed!

The Graham Coughlan thread on here indicates he is going though.

Phil Parkinson must be looking over his shoulder. Even little Shrewsbury are ahead of Sunderland in the table.
Kenny Jackett can't afford to experience too many more results like yesterday's. Fan base aren't happy bunnies.
I wonder whether Southend have an escape clause re Sol Campbell. They've not even had a dead cat bounce since he's been put in charge.

Yesterday was their first league defeat since 19th October and ends their run of seven league one games, ten games in total, unbeaten.

Portsmouth fans are like Sunderland's though. They don't expect to be anywhere other than the top 6.
